Leadership Skills for Managers

This practical and comprehensive two-day course will enable first time leaders to grasp the fundamentals of effective leadership. The programme will be highly interactive and will employ a mix of case studies, group discussions and role plays to reinforce concepts.

By the end of this course participants will be able to:

2 days from 9 am to 5 pm; inclusive of  daily 1 hr lunches and 2  tea breaks. A Certificate of Participation will be awarded upon completion of the course.

3. Managing Conflict
• Establishing a positive working environment
• Practical techniques for dealing with conflict and difficult people

4. Managing Change
• Why organizations need to change
• Your influence as a manager on change
• Leading your team through change

5. Personal development planning
• Preparing a personal action plan to support your return to the workplace.
