Senior executives in any organisation are expected to correlate their actions and decisions with the ultimate objective of contributing to the shareholders wealth. In other words, the outcome of their efforts should be construed as a value creator rather than a value destroyer in the future. Objectives
The programme will enable participants to feel more confident when dealing with financial issues both within and outside of the organization, to ask the right financial questions in making business decisions and to makes better assess the business implications of those answers.

3 days (21 hours) from 9 am to 5 pm; inclusive of daily 1 hr lunches and 2 tea breaks. A Certificate of Participation will be awarded upon completion of the course.
Programme Content
Target Audience
This workshop assumes that the participants do not have any financial back ground but have a basic understanding of financial terms and also understand basic financial items found in P&L statement and annual reports.
Methodology
Exercises, discussions and relevant industry case studies will be used, where possible. On completion of the workshop, an assessment exercise will used to assess learning.
Every attempt will be made to explain each topic in context of relevant business and to ensure that they have a basic working knowledge of what these terms mean, how they are applied and its business implications.
