COURSE OVERVIEW
This course provides benefits to managers, directors of project and to organisations, through the controllable use of resources and the ability to manage business and project risk more effectively. It embodies established and proven best practice in project management and encourages formal recognition of responsibilities within a project. This course helps participants to focus on what a project is to deliver, why, when and for whom.
By the end of the training, participants will be able to carry out:
Monitoring of project progress against plan
· Project status reports, attend and arrange project team meetings.
· Adequate management of external relationships, interfacing with suppliers and managing deliverable where necessary.
· Proactive facilitation, communication and information exchanges between members of the project team, liaising as required with other parties and functions, to ensure that everyone is kept appropriately informed.
DURATION
Executive Masters in Project Management (EMPM) is an intensive 30 hours course leading to the certification examination which is held on the final day. Our schedules are very flexible and we are able to work out multiple sessions any time of the day or week.
